Dynamics 365 Remote Assist requires Microsoft HoloLens, a valid Dynamics 365 Remote Assist license, and a valid Office 365 license including Microsoft Teams. No additional Dynamics 365 licenses are required. To receive or call calls from a Remote Assist user, Remote Experts need a computer running Windows 10 or an iOS or Android device with the free or paid version of Teams installed. Mixed Reality annotations and file shares are not available in the mobile apps. Additional hardware and software requirements vary based on available features and content.
