With Assistance you have no minimum contract period and therefore no cancellation period. You only pay for what you actually use. This means that if you don’t use Mix Assistance in a month, you won’t pay a single cent.

Open a session and send the session ID to your service technicians. They can simply download the free app and use the session ID to dial into the session easily and without prior registration.
