  • We expect your specially organized, insured return within the regular transport time.
  • Please make sure that the delivery is returned completely including all delivered and above mentioned items. Ideal is the reuse of our packaging from the delivery.
  • Please reset the device or return the HoloLens 2 without password / PIN lock. If this is not the case, we will charge a one-time expense allowance of 95,00 €.
