Description

An expert sees on his screen via video call what an employee sees on site. The employee wears data glasses or holds his smartphone/tablet in his field of view. AR remote assistance / maintenance has two significant features::

Send AR documents: In addition to the usual voice and chat functions, the expert can make all necessary documents available to the employee as holograms directly in his field of view (instructions, videos, circuit diagrams, etc.).

Draw into the field of view: In addition, the expert has the option of drawing notes (e.g. arrows or circles) directly into the employee's field of view, so that the employee can orientate himself on them.

When using data glasses, the employee also has both hands free.
